走在繁忙的街上，戴上耳機、打開抗噪模式、把音樂調大，我聽到的不是音樂，而是寧靜，而寧靜則把我帶進了自己的世界。走著走著，原本隨著城市急速行走的步伐，慢慢地冷靜了下來，開始思考、開始「自療」。

​《關上了燈 才能看見絞潔明月》 這系列作品混合了二維及三維的元素，並以裝置的形式展示。厚厚的畫框之間所形成的距離，猶如從在裏面的空間偷看外面一樣，彷彿只要踏出去，便到走進另一個空間一樣。

​Preface

 Walking in the busy street, put on the headphone, noise-canceling on, voice louder…what I hear is peaceful but not music, it bring me into another world. Walking into another world, I start calming my busy steps, and start thinking and healing myself.

One and the same

身邊日常可見的事物是我創作的主要元素，書櫃上不規則排例的書、鞋架上大小不同的鞋盒、衣服上不同的紋理及房間內的牆紙等，都是吸引及啟發我的事物。拿牆紙為例，這牆紙由2000年的時候已經存在，與我渡過了將近二十年的時間，但直至2017年的一天，我才不經意地發現排列在牆紙上的條紋排列是規則的，而牆紙上的條紋便成為了「捱過枯燥乏味的重複，才能變得耀眼」。自此，我開始多留意身邊的事物，然後將它們轉化成抽象的圖形，繼而創作了「把牢房裏面 變成牢房外面」及「不過是 宇宙間的一點塵埃」。作品除了表現了我日常看到的事物外，亦帶著我對世界的一些看法和領悟。

My works were mainly inspired by things that used to exist quietly in my daily life, like the books that were randomly put on the bookshelf, shoeboxes of different sizes in the shoe racks, patterns on clothes and wall-papers, etc. Take the wall-paper as example, we met in 2000 when my family moved into this flat; but it was not until recently, after 20 years, did I realised that it is in regular stripe pattern which inspired my work “One and the Same”. Since then, I started to pay more attention to things around me, and whenever possible, transform them into some abstract graphics, such as the works “When Two Different Worlds Collide” and “Just a Dust in the Universe”. Apart from the illustration of my vision, my works also served as the manifests of my insights and world-view.
