Arthoods

How It Works

Arthoods presents artworks through a structured curatorial and documentation process. Each work is reviewed, recorded, and issued through the platform with attention to clarity, authenticity, and long-term archive value.

01

Artist Selection

Arthoods works with artists through a curated selection process. Artists may be invited, reviewed through direct contact, or considered through future open calls, depending on the platform’s current programme.

02

Review and Approval

Before an artwork is presented on the platform, it is reviewed for curatorial fit, quality, and relevance to the Arthoods framework. Only approved works are listed.

03

Artwork Listing

Once approved, the artwork is documented and presented on Arthoods with its relevant details, including artist name, title, year, medium, dimensions, edition information where applicable, and archive reference.

04

Purchase

Collectors acquire works through Arthoods via the platform’s sales process. Availability and final transaction details are confirmed as part of the purchase stage.

05

Payment

Payments are handled through the platform in a structured and secure process. Further payment terms, including transaction timing and release structure, are defined as part of the platform’s operating model.

06

Delivery

Following purchase confirmation, the artwork is prepared and shipped by the artist in accordance with Arthoods packaging and handling guidelines. Delivery arrangements are communicated clearly to ensure a consistent and professional process.

07

Certificate of Authenticity

Each eligible artwork is issued with an official Arthoods Certificate of Authenticity. The certificate records the key details of the work and confirms its documentation through the platform.

08

Archive

Each documented artwork is assigned a unique Arthoods archive number. This reference connects the artwork to the platform’s internal record structure and supports long-term documentation and authenticity tracking.
